Window cleaning in Mallorca

Melt Clean cleans the windows of homes, villas and apartments — glass, frames and sills, inside, outside or both. The price comes from how many windows you have and what size they are, and you see it before anything is booked. In Mallorca, the price list is on this page: Small window €7 each, with a minimum visit of €49. Every price includes IVA (21%), the Spanish VAT. You book online and choose the date and the arrival window yourself.

The drive from Felanitx is in the price: the first 20 km are free, then €0.70 a km, one way. You give the postcode where the job is (five digits) and see the total before you book.

You pay in advance, when you book, by card online on your booking page. A card payment is made through our payment provider, Stripe: you type your card details into Stripe’s own secure form, and Melt never sees them. A visit priced as an estimate is paid once the final price has been agreed at the visit. Anything these terms give back — after a withdrawal or a cancellation — is returned the same way you paid. Cancelling is free of charge until your arrival window opens. You can move the visit online free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival window; after that, write to us to move it.

How is window cleaning priced?

Not by the hour. The price comes from how many windows and glass doors you have and what size each one is. The drive to your address may add a charge, and you see the whole price before anything is booked.

Do I need to be at home?

For inside work, yes — someone has to let the team in. Outside-only visits can often be done while you are out, as long as gates and terraces are open. Say so when you book or ask, and we confirm it in writing.

How often should windows be cleaned?

Near the coast, every one to three months stops salt building up. Inland, two to four times a year suits most homes. A single one-off clean is fine too.

How do I book window cleaning?

Online: pick the piece, see the price, then choose a date and an arrival window from the diary for your area. Your booking reference appears on screen as soon as the slot is held, so there is never a doubt about whether it went through.
