Window cleaning & pressure washing in Llucmajor and S'Arenal

Llucmajor is the largest municipality on Mallorca by area, at 325 square kilometres. It runs from the farming town in the middle to a long coast of estates, including Cala Blava, Badia Gran and Son Verí, and to S'Arenal, the resort it shares with Palma.

Each end of it asks for something different. S'Arenal is a dense strip of hotels and apartment blocks behind the beach at the top of the Bay of Palma, with balconies stacked up to catch the sea air. Sand comes in on feet and on the wind, and shows up on tracks and upholstery. Plenty of the flats here are rented out, so a date between guests is usually the point of the booking.

Good to know

Along the cliffs at Cala Blava and Badia Gran you find detached houses with gardens and pools on quiet, spread-out streets. Up there, the wind off the open sea leaves a salt bloom on the seaward glass, while the leeward side of the same house may need much less. Have a look before you count, and tell us if only one side needs doing.

Llucmajor town sits inland on the plain. It has a traditional market on the main square and terraced stone houses with patios, and glass there collects field dust rather than salt. Sa Torre, Cala Pi and the country lanes are spread far apart, so give clear directions.

Since the municipality is so large, the drive can differ a good deal between the town and S'Arenal. Each has its own drive, and your own postcode decides the figure at booking.
