The price comes first
We clean sofas, windows & terraces at your home in Mallorca.
Sit on it. Look through it. Walk on it. We clean it.
The price comes first, you choose the arrival window, and we tell you straight what will come out.
Priced on the site: 2-seat sofa €119. Every price includes IVA (21%), the Spanish VAT.

Who we are
What cannot go in the wash.
Melt started with sofas — the one thing in a home that everybody uses and nobody can put in the wash. We now clean windows and outdoor stone the same way: look first, say what is realistic, then do the work properly.
About MeltWhat we clean
Three jobs.
One standard.

Windows
Glass, frames and sills — inside, outside or both. The price comes from how many windows you have and what size they are, and you see it before anything is booked.Small window €7 eachGet my price
Upholstery
Sofas, armchairs, mattresses, rugs and fitted carpets, deep-cleaned where they stand. Stains are treated first, and most pieces are dry the same day.2-seat sofa €119Get my price
Pressure washing
Terraces, paths, driveways and pool surrounds. The algae and grime that turn stone dark and slippery, lifted at a pressure the surface can take.Written quoteRequest a quote
How a visit works
Four steps.
No surprises.
Tell us what needs cleaning
Pick the piece of furniture from a short list, or describe the windows or the terrace.
See the price
Where a price list can show the price, it is on the site: pick what needs cleaning, see the figure, then decide. Where a job differs too much from home to home for a price list, you get one written quote instead.
Pick your arrival window
Choose a date and an arrival window from the real diary for your area — not “sometime between eight and six”.
We look first, then clean
Some marks are permanent: bleach, burns, old dye. We test first and tell you what is realistic before we start — not after.
From the archives
The same work,
done properly.
