Gutter cleaning in Mallorca
Melt Clean empties the gutters of houses and villas by hand: leaves, pine needles, moss and silt are bagged and taken away, and every downpipe outlet is cleared and tested with water. The price comes from the size of the house, and you see it before anything is booked. In Mallorca, the price list is on this page: Small house or townhouse €159, with a minimum visit of €119. Every price includes IVA (21%), the Spanish VAT. You book online and choose the date and the arrival window yourself.

The drive from Felanitx is in the price: the first 20 km are free, then €0.70 a km, one way. You give the postcode where the job is (five digits) and see the total before you book.

What the visit includes

What to expect
We tell you these before we start.
- Gutters that cannot be reached safely are left out of the job, and we say which before we start
- Damage we see is noted for you, not mended: repairs are not part of the visit
- In heavy rain or strong wind the work is not safe: we move the visit and offer you a new date or a full refund, as you prefer
How long it takes
It depends on how long the gutters are, how high they are and how full, so we do not quote a time. You choose the arrival window when you book.
What to do beforehand
- Move cars, garden furniture and plant pots away from the walls under the gutters
- Leave the gates open or tell us how we get in, and keep dogs inside while we work
- Tell us about anything fragile under a gutter: a glass roof, a skylight, an awning
What this does not cover
- Repairs: a loose bracket, a leaking joint or a sagging run is noted for you, not mended
- Cleaning the roof, or walking on it
- Unblocking a downpipe with a machine or a camera: one still blocked once its outlet is cleared by hand is noted for you
- Scaffolding or a lift: gutters that cannot be reached safely without one are left out, and we say which

Why it is worth doing
Leaves, pine needles and the dust of a dry summer collect in the gutters and settle into a silt that holds water. When the autumn rain comes, the water has nowhere to go: it spills over the edge, streaks the walls and pools at the foot of the house.
Choose the size of your house and you see the whole price before anything is booked. On the day we work round the house, empty every gutter we can reach safely and run water through each downpipe before we leave.
