Window cleaning & pressure washing in Felanitx and Portocolom

Felanitx is where our drive starts: the travel charge across the island is measured from here. Its stretch of coast is Portocolom, a natural harbour once used to ship the town's wine.

The town climbs a low hill below Sant Salvador, the sanctuary at about 500 metres that you can see from miles away. Older streets are lined with stone townhouses, often built from honey-coloured marès, which is soft, porous and easily scarred. That matters if you want a facade or a courtyard washed, because marès needs far less force than a concrete drive. Say what the stone is when you ask for a price.

Good to know

Portocolom has its own character: pastel houses round the water, and the old boat houses called escars, with painted doors at the edge of the harbour. A regional restoration of 189 of them was announced in 2021. Windows on that waterline live with salt and the reflected glare that shows every mark, and holiday villas on the slopes behind are usually looked at before a family arrives.

Inland, S'Horta and Cas Concos are a mix of country houses and farm lanes, where the hard water from a private well can leave a white crust on anything a sprinkler reaches. Etched glass will come up clean but not perfect, and it is better to know that first.

The town and the harbour have separate postcodes, so give the one for your door. On any page of this site, the figure for a visit is the one for your own postcode, so type yours when you book.
