We have not signed up to any code of conduct.

This website presents Melt’s cleaning services for homes and lets you book a visit, ask for a written quote, send us a message or apply to run Melt in your area.

Using this website means accepting these conditions. Booking a visit is also governed by the booking terms.

Please use the site lawfully and in good faith. In particular, do not send us another person’s details without their permission, do not try to reach parts of the site that are not meant for you or to disrupt how it works, and do not use automated means to send its forms.

We may change, suspend or remove parts of the site — to fix a fault or add a service, for example. Bookings already made are not affected.

The Melt name and logo, the illustrations, the texts and the design of this website belong to Melt Clean or to those who licensed them to us, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. The archive photographs are used under the licences named in their captions. You may view and print pages for your own use; any other use — copying, changing or publishing them elsewhere — needs our written permission, or the permission the photograph’s licence gives.

The photos you send us stay yours. We use them only to prepare and carry out your job.

Some pages link to other websites, mainly official bodies such as the data-protection authority and the consumer authorities. We link to them because they are useful to you, but we do not control them and are not responsible for what they publish.

If you find a link on this site that leads to something unlawful, please tell us.

We take care that the information on this site is correct and up to date. Prices, availability and the areas we serve come straight from our booking system. If you spot a mistake, please tell us and we will correct it.

We answer for this website as the law provides. Nothing in this notice limits your rights as a consumer.

We do not send advertising by e-mail, text message or WhatsApp. When you hear from us it is about something you asked for — a booking, a quote, an answer — and, once a visit is done, at most one request for a review. If we ever want to send you news or offers, we will ask for your consent first, or write only as the law allows to existing customers about similar services, and every such message will give you a simple way to say no.
