Right of withdrawal

• You have 14 days to withdraw from your contract with us, without giving a reason.
• If you withdraw before the visit starts, you pay nothing.
• If you asked us to carry out the visit within those 14 days and you withdraw after the work has started, you pay for the part already done, in proportion to the whole.
• Once the work has been fully carried out at your express request, the right to withdraw ends.

The 14 calendar days start the day after the contract is made. For a booking made on this website, that is the day your booking reference appears on screen. For a booking we take with you by phone or in person — including work priced by written quote — we send you the booking in writing, and the contract is made on the day you accept it on your booking page; until then it does not bind you and the 14 days have not started.

You are in time if you send your withdrawal before the period ends; it does not matter when it reaches us.

If the visit is inside the 14 days, you are asked to request that expressly — on the booking form, or on your booking page when you accept a booking we took with you — and to confirm that you know the right ends once the work has been fully carried out.

Use whichever way suits you. You do not have to give a reason, and any clear statement that you are withdrawing is enough.

Online, from your booking page

1. Open your booking page with the link on your booking slip.
2. Press “Withdraw from contract here”.
3. Check your name and the booking, and press “Confirm withdrawal”.

We acknowledge your withdrawal straight away on screen.

The button is on your booking page for the whole 14 days — before the visit, while it is under way and after it. It goes only when the period ends, or once the work has been fully carried out at your express request. If the visit has already begun, the page tells you what you pay for the part already done before you confirm.

In writing

Send us a clear statement that you are withdrawing — the model form below, or a message in your own words. Include your name and your booking reference, or the date of the booking, so that we can find it.

If you withdraw before the visit starts, the visit is cancelled and you owe nothing.

If you have paid anything, we refund it without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we learn of your withdrawal, by the same means you paid, unless you expressly agree to another — and it costs you nothing.

If you asked us to carry out the visit within the 14 days and you withdraw once the work has started, you pay an amount in proportion to what has been done up to the moment you tell us, compared with the whole job, based on the agreed price. If you did not ask for it expressly, you pay nothing for work done within the 14 days.

If the work has been fully carried out at your express request, the right to withdraw no longer applies.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Melt Clean) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website (your booking page, opened from the link on your booking slip). If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
