Which services have a drive charge?
The drive from Felanitx is in the price: the first 20 km are free, then €0.70 a km, one way. You give the postcode where the job is (five digits) and see the total before you book. The drive is charged on window cleaning and pressure washing. Other services carry no separate drive charge.
When and how do I pay?
You pay in advance, when you book, by card online on your booking page. A card payment is made through our payment provider, Stripe: you type your card details into Stripe’s own secure form, and Melt never sees them. A visit priced as an estimate is paid once the final price has been agreed at the visit. Anything these terms give back — after a withdrawal or a cancellation — is returned the same way you paid.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Cancelling is free of charge until your arrival window opens. You can move the visit online free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival window; after that, write to us to move it.
