Holiday rentals & managers

Windows, terraces, gutters.
What the changeover clean does not do.

One written quote for every holiday home you look after in Mallorca: the glass, the terraces, the gutters, the sofas, the mattresses and the rugs, the deep cleans a changeover clean has no time for.

Illustration of a sunny terrace being pressure-washed: a fan of spray moves along the line between dark, mossy paving and clean pale stone.

What we clean between guests

The jobs your
changeover team skips.

  • Window cleaning

Sea air and dust settle on the glass, and the view is what your guests came for.

    About window cleaning
  • Pressure washing

Terraces, paths and pool surrounds, by written quote from the area: algae and grime off before the season.

    About pressure washing
  • Gutter cleaning

Gutters emptied by hand and every downpipe tested with water, before the autumn rain finds them full.

    About gutter cleaning
  • Sofa & upholstery cleaning

Sofas and armchairs after a season of guests: spills, sun cream and the marks of a busy summer.

    About sofa & upholstery cleaning
  • Mattress cleaning

Mattresses cleaned in the room, between seasons.

    About mattress cleaning
  • Rug cleaning

Rugs cleaned in the house, by the method the fibre takes; if a silk or viscose one needs treating elsewhere, we say so first.

How it works

One request.
Every property.

  1. Tell us what you look after

How many properties, in which towns, and which of the jobs each one needs. One form lists all your properties, and one written quote answers it.

  2. A written quote

Business prices, with the IVA shown separately, come in a written quote to your company, never on the public price list.

  3. A pre-season block

Ask for one visit per property from February to May, before your first guests arrive, and agree the dates in the quote.

  4. Keys or your manager

Tell us how the crew gets in: your keys, a key safe or your manager on site. Our forms never ask for a code.

For your accounts

Invoices your
accountant can file.

Company invoices

Every invoice made out to your company and its tax number, with the IVA shown separately.

  • Every price includes IVA (21%), the Spanish VAT.

Residents’ associations

Comunidades de propietarios:
the glass, the terraces and the gutters.

For administrators of buildings and estates: window cleaning, pressure washing and gutter cleaning for the common areas (entrance doors, stairwells, skylights, shared terraces and pool areas). A written quote for the community, invoiced to its CIF.

Ask for the community’s quote

The business request

Tell us about
your properties.

One form for all of them. We reply by e-mail with a written quote; nothing is booked until you say yes.

Who is asking

As it should appear on the invoice.

B12345678 for a Spanish company, or your country’s VAT number.

The properties

For example: Santanyí, Cala d’Or, Felanitx.

What do they need?

Never write a key-safe, gate or alarm code here: we ask for it shortly before the visit.

Where we send the quote

The written quote goes here.

Sizes, seasons, the state of things. No codes, please.

What happens next

A reference appears as soon as you send it, with the address the quote will go to.

For every property you listed, with the IVA shown separately.

  3. You say yes, or not

Nothing is booked until you do.
