• Pressure washingTerraces, paths and pool surrounds, by written quote from the area: algae and grime off before the season.
• Gutter cleaningGutters emptied by hand and every downpipe tested with water, before the autumn rain finds them full.
• Sofa & upholstery cleaningSofas and armchairs after a season of guests: spills, sun cream and the marks of a busy summer.
• Mattress cleaningMattresses cleaned in the room, between seasons.
• Rug cleaningRugs cleaned in the house, by the method the fibre takes; if a silk or viscose one needs treating elsewhere, we say so first.

How it works

1. 1Tell us what you look afterHow many properties, in which towns, and which of the jobs each one needs. One form lists all your properties, and one written quote answers it.
2. 2A written quoteBusiness prices, with the IVA shown separately, come in a written quote to your company, never on the public price list.
3. 3A pre-season blockAsk for one visit per property from February to May, before your first guests arrive, and agree the dates in the quote.
4. 4Keys or your managerTell us how the crew gets in: your keys, a key safe or your manager on site. Our forms never ask for a code.

• Every invoice made out to your company and its tax number, with the IVA shown separately.
• Every price includes IVA (21%), the Spanish VAT.
